Power Platform :

Microsoft power platform is a group of products to develop and built a


complex busiess solutions, analyze, and draw visualizations and built virtual agents for
communication.
It includes number of low code tools to quickly automate process and built
apps and other useful solutions.
It onsists of some tools developed my Microsoft.There are four main
components.They are,

 Power Apps
 Power Automate
 Power Virtual Agents
 Power BI

Power BI :
Power BI is a Data Visualization , and business intelligence tool
which helps to convert data from data sources into interactive dash boards and
BI reports.
The user can easily able to understand the visualized data
compared to Excel sheets data.
Power BI supports 200+of data sources (Ex : Excel,Oracle).
Faster than any other BI tool available in the market.
Does not need technical knowledge or IT support.
Microsoft offers 3 types of power BI platforms.They are ,
 Power BI Desktop
 Power BI service
 Power BI mobile
Power Virtual Agents :
Easily built chatbots to engage conversationally with your
customers and employees.
No coding required.
It contains suite of tools that focuses on business users to create
an application, workflows and analyzing data.
Power Automate :
Power Automate is an RPA(Robotic Process Automation) tool.
It is used to automate the business process.
It is a cloud based software that allows the employees to create
and automate the work flowsand services.
Sent automatic remainders for past due tasks.
Power Automate can also be used to copy files. For example when
a new file is added to the oneDrive ,an automated workflow can instantly save
the copy of the file to sharepoint.
It connects more than 50 data sources(Ex : Sharepoint, OnrDrive,
Excel).

When the List is created in the SharePoint the mail will be automatically
generated to the given mail .
Power Apps :
It is a platform developed by Microsoft that allows the individuals
and organizations to create custom business application without requiring any
extensive coding skills.
It enables the user to create web and mobile apps.
We can just drag-and-drop the features which are already defined
in the template, or create your own app.
The developing process will be very fast.
It can automate manual and repetitive process, that increases our
app efficiency.
There are 3 types of power Apps .They are Canvas-Apps,Model
Driven-Apps and Blank website.
