Instructions of the Multi-function Decoder
1. When this decoder decode the STEP And MONARCH system, it must be carried out
under the condition that the motherboard is completely powered off (it is best to
remove the motherboard).
2. Decoding the decoder needs to provide external 5V power supply, mobile phone
charger head or charging treasure or computer USB port can be, (recommended to use
the charging treasure) decoder upper END USB power supply 5V
3. Install the side decoder clip. Clip the clip to the memory chip of the decoded
motherboard, please scrape off the insulation paint on the storage chip pin with a hard
object before the clip, the red line on the clip is aligned with the 1 foot side, do not clip
the wrong, the clip clip anti-decoder screen will be dimmed, the clip may damage the
data when it is wrong. Please identify and then operate, after the clip is clamped, select
the corresponding motherboard model by the up and down page buttons, and press
ENTER to decode.

F1 F2 F3 is the shortcut key, F1 represents the BLUELIGHT system, F2 represents the
SHANYI system, F3 represents the MONARCH system, press the left and right keys for
system conversion, the up and down keys are submenu conversion keys, press ESC to
return to the previous menu, ENT is the confirmation key

4. Monarch system mainboard decode
(1) Monarch door machine 900, motherboard 1000, 2000, 3000, 3000+, 5000, 7000,
9000 and escalator PSE-E1 motherboard can be decoded.
(2) Motherboard model: MCTC-MCB-A decode, decode clip clamp the U92/U78 chip on
the lower side of the battery in the upper right corner of the board, clip 1 pin
aligned to the lower left corner of the chip, the motherboard has no display, select
the Monarch 3000A standard decoding.
(3) Motherboard model: MCTC-MCB-B decoding, clamp the U22 chip on the underside
of the battery in the upper right corner of the board, clip 1 pin aligns to the lower
left corner of the chip, and the motherboard does not show. On the decoder, first
select the MONARCH 3000A special NO1 or special N02, if the password solved
from the above two menus is incorrect, experiment with other menus.
(4) Motherboard model MCTC-MCB-C2 decode, clamp the U45 chip on the right side of
the main chip (PG card underside), the red line of the clip is 1 foot Aligned with the
lower left corner of the chip, at this time the motherboard digital tube will all light
up, showing 888. The Monarch 3000C2 board decodes N01, N02, N03 for
motherboards, Level I (FP-00), Level II (FP-03), and Level III (FP-04).
(5) MCTC-DCB-A1 (NICE900 door controller) decoding, (motherboard model is
MCTC-DCB-A1A can not decode) remove the door machine shell, remove the
motherboard inside the controller, the back of the motherboard, find the U36 chip
in the lower left corner of the main chip, the clip red is aligned with the lower right
corner of the U36 chip, after clamping, press ENTER to decode.
5. NEW STEP system decode
(1) To decode STEP S380, power off the motherboard, clamp U7 chip,
click decode.
(2) Decode the S380 motherboard, decode clip the U30 chip on the
capacitor side of the lower right corner of the board, the red line
of the clip is 1 foot, aligned with the lower left corner of the chip,
at this time the second and third rows of the AS.T030 board will
light up, select U30 decoder on the decoder, click the confirm
button.
(3) Decode STEP first-generation S8 integrated board, clamp U7 chip,
click decode.

6. Hangzhou XIAO Elevator and some of the Xizi Otis Elevator
(Hangzhou Youmai System ALMB-3.0 4.2 5.0) and other series
motherboard decoding, the motherboard is completely powered off,
decoding clips, clamping the U25 chip, click ENT.
7. BUELIGHT integrated machine and Shanyi system decoding need to
be carried out in the elevator maintenance state. The decoder does
not need to be powered, using a dedicated data cable, one end is
connected to the decoder USB port and the other side is connected
to the motherboard, and the menu can be selected to confirm.
8. For decoding after version 20 of The new national standard of
MONARCH, the server （ MDKE6 ） enters 10101 to check the
motherboard FA-05 value to determine whether it is version 20.0 and
above. When decoding, you need the motherboard to power off, the
decoding clip clamps the motherboard U37 chip, select the
corresponding menu of the server, press the decoding button. After
the password is solved, press and hold the red and green keys of the
(MDKE6) digital tube server for three seconds, and the server
appears 5 horizontal(-----) At this time, you need to press the up key
and enter the solved password. Enter Confirm and go to the menu.
The new national standard motherboard is different according to
the hardware version, and the front and back of the U37 position
motherboard are judged according to the field situation
