management to stay updated in my field.

John Llovera: Yes, I have. I recently completed a course on advanced interview
techniques which has been very useful in my current job.

university until now.

- I graduated from university in 2013.
- I started working in the private sector, in a civil construction company. from
2013 to March 2015 in the human resources area. After that, After that, I
worked at the company "El Abedul", as legal advisor, from April 2015 to August
2018.
- From September 2018 to October 2019 I worked at the civil construction
company, called Consorcio Sogoron. in the construction of a school. I worked in
the human resources area.
- Since November 2019, I started working for the public sector. In November
2019 I started working at the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, in the human
resources area. until January 2022.
- After that, I went to live in Lima, and worked at the National Superintendence
of State Assets. also in the human resources area, from February 2022 to May
2022.
- From August 2022 to July 2023, I worked at SENASA, in the human resources
area, holding the position of technical secretary of PAD.
- After that, I decided to return to Cajamarca. and from November 2023
until now I have been working at the ABC company, in the human
resources area

company?
John Llovera: Well, I think I should take the position because I have the
specific experience for the position. I have always worked in the human
resources area. In addition, I am a responsible, honest, proactive person, and
eager to improve myself day by day.
