AGENDA: Introduction of the Sangguniang Kabataan Elected and Appointed Officials.

: Annual Youth Investment Plan
: Status of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council
: Accomplishment of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council for the past few months
MEETING DISCUSSION:
1. The meeting commenced at the designated time with the presence of the above- mentioned
attendees.
2. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the plan about the youth development.
3. Community Development
4. Empowering the Youth to shape their own and the community for the better.
5. To develop the Youth in the society and to encourage a meaningful youth participation in
different sectors in the community.
6. The SK Chairperson planning to purchase a trash bin to make the community more
environmental friendly.
7. The SK Chairperson calling the attention of the Youth about what are they going to do for
the upcoming Fiesta in the Brgy.
8. The Youth suggested to have some sports equipment, to be able them in not just focusing
in using cellphones, but to make them more physically fit.
9. And the KK members discussed about the status of the SK fund.
10. The meeting concluded with congratulatory remarks to the KK members for the successful
event.

ACTION ITEMS:
“To the KK members congratulations for the successful and peaceful assembly meeting, your
dedication and commitment to serving the community most especially to the youth is truly
admirable. Your hard work, organizational skills, and determination will shape a bright future for
the youth of our community. Keep up the excellent work”.
