Installation Steps for InfyMe App (iOS)
Employees who have completed Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Process and have
Company portal installed can directly install InfyMe app from the Enterprise App Store
i.e. Microsoft Intune Company Portal.

1. If the app is not available on the device then download & install Microsoft Intune
Company Portal app from App store.
2. Open the Company Portal app. On the Company Portal Welcome screen, tap Sign In.
3. Enter your work account as
[email protected] (full email address) and just tap on the
Password field in the Company Portal app, you will be re-directed to Infosys page as
shown below. In username field, username (xxxx) will be pre-populated and enter your
Infosys/Domain/Exchange password.
4. Complete MFA authentication to proceed. The MFA authentication mode would be
based on the settings done by each employee.
Please note Device enrollment is NOT a mandatory step. Click on POSTPONE and then
click on OK. The next page will display the available apps for each user. Please Note that
the listing of apps will vary for each employee.
5. Download & Install InfyMe app from Company Portal.
6. Kindly note that the below steps are important.
7. Provide Infosys credentials and complete Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Steps for Setting up MFA
There are 3 ways to do an MFA:
1. ‘Microsoft Authenticator’ app with MFA PIN (recommended method - Does not need
voice/GSM network connectivity, works on internet connection, no need to provide
mobile number)
2. Incoming calls with MFA PIN
3. SMS/text with MFA PIN
You should know your MFA PIN if you are already registered on MFA portal. If you are not
already using MFA, then please register on MFA portal and set MFA PIN (instructions
available here).
MFA PIN can be 4 or more non-sequential digits. If you select Text method, you’ll get text
with verification code and you need to use “Verification code + MFA PIN” to authenticate.
For example: In text method if you use MFA PIN (e.g. 4625) and you got verification code
in text (e.g. 187009), use 1870094625 for authentication.
Call method will instruct you to enter MFA PIN followed by # during phone call.
Authenticator app will notify you to Approve by entering the MFA PIN / by using Touch ID
(wherever device support Fingerprint) on your device.
