Fix the Ceiling angle of suitable length to the soffit cleat at 1000-1200 mm cic with help of M6 Nut &bolt ‘+ Take a pipe for water level and transfer the perimeter top flange level on to the Gelling Angle Then mark the position of intermediate Channel ‘+ Fix the intermediate channel to the flange of Ceiling angle with M6 Nut & bolt. Ensure Intermediate channel resting on Perimeter Channel. Fix Celling Section perpendicular to the intermediate channel. Ensure distance between two ceiling section should not be more than 600mm cl. Ensure the overlapping of Ceiling section & Intermediate channel should not be less the 150mm. Gross -Check the level of all rame work to ensure entire frame is in Line & Level. Put Edge bead at periphery of board opening to protect expose edges of boards. + Used Shadow line bead to creat $mm groove at the periphery of Ceiling. Attach this bead along with the edge of board and fixed on perimeter channel and finished with jointing compound. Jointing/Finishing of Gypsum Boards: ‘+ Finish all the joints of boards with the jointing compound & paper tape. Don't remove paper from square edge joint of Gypsum board. Fill he joints of boards with jointing compound & embed the paper taperfiber mesh. ‘Spread coat of jointing compound 100mm -1S0mm on mesh. Access at the working area shall be making clear/available and are soundly constructed with suitable entry points to site, Storage of materials, equipment, tools etc. are not to impede access or ‘egress to and from work areas. Workers will be instructed to clean up, and keep their places of work clean and tidy after completion of their day to day works. Quality Issues, Environment Issues: Quality control Inspection for the subject work shall be carried oul in accordance with attached Inspection and Test Plan — Attachment 1 Quality assurance cards shall be filled to ensure the work complies with the Specifications. Care should be taken during cutting of Gypsum Board as per size regarding dust creation and control the dust with safety precaution. 10. EHS Control Measures: * Contractor workmen and staff involved in Block work shall undergo EHS Induction before entering Construction site. + Contractor workmen shall wear adequate Personal protective Equipment (PPE) lke safety shoes with steel toe/ gum boot with steel toe, high visibilty vest, safety helmet and rubber hand gloves, safety goggles and dust mask while working. ‘+ Tool Box talk to be provided to all workmen before starting the activity on daily basis which will cover the hazards and risk and the related control measures for ensuring safe working environment. ‘+ Adequate supervision to be provided to identity and control At Risk behavior and ensure the work is carried out as per process mentioned in the Method statement. + Portable power tools and any other electrical tools shall be routed through ELCB/ RCCB of 30 mA rating to avoid electrocution. ‘+ Licensed electrician is authorized to attend to electrical problems like m/c repair + Lodha Associates and Contractor staff shall conduct inspection to review the implementation of Control measures and is authorized to stop work in case adequate control measures are not implemented. + Adequate illumination arrangement shall be done prior to starting work during night time. ‘+ _ Night work permit system shall be implemented if work needs to be carried out after 6:30 pm. ‘+ Permission to carry out Night work shall be given by Project Head and EHS In-charge. No work shall be carried out after 10 pm ‘+ While working at height, height work permit requirements shail be followed.
