Ethanol Concentration Effects on Beet Pigment

The document analyzes how submerging beetroot cubes in different concentrations of ethanol solutions for 10 minutes affects the amount of pigment absorbed from the beetroots. It includes three tables of raw and processed data on pigment absorption measurements using a colorimeter for solutions of 0-100% ethanol. It also notes qualitative observations of the solutions and beetroots before, during and after the experiment.
