Dear Ma’am,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincerest appreciation for the invitation
to participate in the Multigrade seminar- training, scheduled to take place on August 18-20, 2023
at Zamboanga City. I am truly honored to have been considered as a participant for this insightful
event.

However, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that I am unable to attend the seminar-
training due to an unfortunate schedule conflict and an unavailability of childcare support. As much
as I would love to participate and benefit from the valuable knowledge and experience offered
during the event, personal circumstances have made it impractical for me to do so.

As you may be aware, I am a devoted single parent to my young child, who is my utmost priority.
During the scheduled dates of the seminar-training, my child's grandmother, who is usually
available to look after him, will be away. Regrettably, there is no other immediate family member
or reliable childcare alternative available to supervise my child during that time.

In light of this situation, I believe it would be unfair to both my child and the seminar-training to
attend without the ability to fully focus on the valuable content and networking opportunities
provided. As a responsible parent, I cannot compromise my child's well-being or leave them
without proper care.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience my absence may cause and want to express my
gratitude for the understanding and support you have extended during this process. I assure you
that if circumstances were different, I would enthusiastically participate in this seminar-training, as
it aligns perfectly with my professional interests and aspirations.

I humbly request that you keep me informed of any future seminars or similar events that may take
place at a more opportune time. I look forward to the possibility of attending future events
organized by your esteemed organization.

Thank you once again for considering my participation. Your understanding in this matter is highly
appreciated.
