Option I: Data Shared by Brand


Brand shares data of stake holders with RewardPort. RewardPort will auto register the stakeholder and
send a Welcome SMS with login details and program benefits

Option II: Self Registration ( via SMS/ WhatsApp)


Brand shares details with stakeholder explaining the benefits of the program. To enroll for the program
the stakeholder will SMS/ WhatsApp their details on a dedicated long code. On successful registration,
they will receive a welcome SMS with log in details.

Option III: Self Registration ( via Website)


Brand shares details with stakeholder explaining the benefits of the program. To enroll for the program
the stakeholder will visit the website and self register .On successful registration, they will receive a

Point Accruals
Ways to Earn Points

Option I: Led by Brand


Each month Brand shares the stakeholder wise sales data. RewardPort converts the sales data to points
using a predefined SKU wise algorithm. Points are uploaded into the stakeholders account. Stake holder
is sent an SMS with details of this points earned and total points earned till date.

Option II: Led by Stakeholder


Stakeholder receives unique coupons against their order placed. To earn the points, stakeholder can use
the following options to earn points;

a) Loyalty Website: Stakeholder logs on to the loyalty website and enters the unique code. RewardPort
system will validate the unique code and display details of points earned.

b) SMS* : Stakeholder will send an SMS in a pre described format to a dedicated long code. RewardPort
system will validate the unique code and send a confirmation SMS of the points earned.

FDC Case Study
Brief Received
• Program objective: FDC wanted to reward its Stockist on every purchase made by them. They wished to reward them
with gifts which have utility for the stockiest and something that a stockiest can choose of its choice.
Also since all stockist buy at different level, we created various slabs for stockist to qualify and slabs also helped
motivate the stockist to buy more

• Target audience: Electral brand stockiest across India

• Scope of work: ‘Emiles’ is a point based stockist loyalty program spread over 9 months, on every purchase of electral
stocks from FDC the stockiest receives points in his account these points can be redeemed against a catalogue of gift
products and vouchers of various brands.

• Other key details: Every stockist was given a target slab basis the last year performance. Upon achieving the target a
stockiest can redeem the points to claim rewards of their choice.

Dr. Reddy’s Case Study
Brief Received
• Program objective: Dr. Reddy’s was running a simple program where every chemist was given a fixed reward at the
end of every 6m/3m. They wanted to create a hype amongst the chemist and motivate them to purchase more stocks
and also engage with the company by offering rewards which are of utility to the chemist and which can be chosen by
the chemist himself rather then company pre deciding the gift.

• Target audience: Chemist across India

• Scope of work: ‘Prime Partner’ program was focused on engaging and motivating chemist across India to purchase more of Dr.
Reddy’s product and push the same in market. There were 4 slabs created and at the end of the year the qualifiers can select
gifts from their respective slab, basis the target achieved by them

• Other key details: Dr. Reddy’s also connected with the chemist at a personal level, by sending Movie tickets to every stockist
on their Birthday’s/Anniversary.
Every chemist fills a form and
shares it with the sales
representative, later the Sales
team add’s up data and
shared a consolidated file
with Rewardport. Rewardport
then sent enrollment MSG to
every chemist registering
them in the program.
Dr. Reddy’s team also shared a
leaflet with every Chemist so
that they understand the point
structure and place order
accordingly.

The leaflet also included


process for accruing points.
At the end, a Chemist could simply log into their loyalty account and
select gift from various slabs listed basis the points accrued by
them.

Chemist can also redeem rewards from multiple slabs if they find
any product which is of utility for them if the program, after all the
points get accumulated in Chemist’s account

Rewardport will then dispatch the gift to the Chemist post receiving
approvals from Dr. Reddy’s team.
