Function Concentrated liquid product for permanent odour-absorbing finishes on fabrics
made of natural and synthetic fibres, e.g. apparel fabrics and household textiles;
odour protection (BREEZE by DyStar)
Properties - Absorbs unpleasant odours, e.g. perspiration, smoke, grease
- Can be used for temporary finishing with fragrances
- Suitable for pad, exhaust and spray application
- Can be applied in a one-bath procedure with Evo Pret RCI
and selected softeners (e.g. Evo Sil VSJ or Evo Sil HWA)
- Resistant to washing and dry cleaning in combination with
Evo Pret RCI or Evo Fin PUS
- Effect can be reactivated by washing
- Meets the requirements set by Oekotex Standard 100

Application
BREEZE by DyStar is a permanent, odour-absorbing finish that can be applied
to fabrics in a single step. If required, fragrances can be applied in a second step.

Pad application
100% cotton (combined with shrink-resist finishing):
1 g/l acetic acid 60%
50 - 90 g/l Evo Fresh CDL
60 - 80 g/l Evo Pret RCI
10 - 20 g/l Evo Sil HWA
20 - 30 g/l Evo Fin PUS
Drying and curing
Temperature: 150 - 170 °C
Time: 1 - 2 min.
Alternative (without resin finishing)
1 g/l acetic acid 60%

It is essential to ensure good ventilation of the room during spray application
to prevent aerosol particles released during spraying spreading through the
workplace.

Preliminary trials should be carried out before applying the product to white
fabrics to test its effect on their whiteness.
