SANTILLAN AS BARANGAY CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKER OF BARANGAY

WHEREAS, Mrs. JULIET B. SANTILLAN was appointed as Barangay Child
Brgy. Kagawad
Development Worker of this barangay effective December 3, 2023;
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 6972, An act establishing a day care center in every
barangay, instituting therein a total development and protection of children program,
appropriating funds therefor, and for other purposes;

WHEREAS, Day Care Worker is responsible for general child care duties as well as
early childhood development skills, such as learning general manners and a variety of early
childhood skills;

WHEREAS, I, Teresita L. Empig, Punong Barangay of this Barangay appoints Mrs.
Juliet B. Santillan as Barangay Child Development Worker (CDW) this December 3, 2023 and
submitted the same appointment to this august body for review and concurrence;

appointee satisfies the minimum qualification requirements as provided for under the Local

RESOLVED, by this sanggunian on Inaugural Session assembled, to appoint Mrs. JULIET B.
SANTILLAN as Barangay Child Development Worker of Barangay No. 31 Centro-Baybay,
Legazpi City.
