Work you’ll do

As an Associate Analyst in our Consulting team you’ll build and nurture positive working
relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

• Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives

and Deloitte quality standards
• Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to
engagement/account leadership
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within
a business function
• Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence,
and/or by attending sector conferences
• Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
• Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes

Qualifications

• Application Assessment: Evaluate cloud-based applications for performance, functionality,

and user experience.
Analyze application data flow, integration points, and dependencies.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to assess application health,

responsiveness, and potential bottlenecks.
Make recommendations for application optimizations based on data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Communication: Interface between technical teams and business stakeholders

to gather requirements and provide feedback on application performance.
Translate technical jargon into easily understandable insights for non-technical
stakeholders.

Issue Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose

application issues and suggest remediation strategies.
Validate that issues are resolved in line with stakeholder expectations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on application configurations, workflows,

and performance metrics.
Create reports on application performance and present findings to both technical and non-
technical audiences.

User Training and Support:Assist in user training for cloud applications.

Provide Tier 2 support for application-related issues, escalating complex problems to the
appropriate teams.

Collaboration:Work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to

ensure seamless application delivery and scaling.
Participate in application testing phases, providing feedback and reporting bugs.

Compliance and Security:Ensure that cloud applications adhere to data privacy standards
and industry-specific regulations.
Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities or potential threats.

Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest cloud trends, technologies, and best
practices to provide informed recommendations.
Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance technical knowledge.

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

• Willingness to work on rolling or rotational shifts.

Your Prime Responsibilities

• Handle client systems in their day-to-day systems operations (post go live support)
• Work on ongoing new requirements as part of technology
• Translate Business goals into technology roadmaps and architecture designs.
• Help clients in their technology led Business transformation programs from ideation
to implementation
• Conduct research, analyze industry reports and Deloitte resources to create Point of
Views for clients and help Deloitte pursue new business opportunities
• Assist your service line in eminence building activities by publishing whitepapers and
thought papers

Skills Required - undergraduates.

The final selected candidates will be hired as FTE in ET&P SAP, however all will undergo the
mandated 3 months training and 6 months internship with us and stipend in the duration of 9
months (training + internship) & leave will be provided during their examination days. We shall
come back to you on the work model shortly.
