1. That I am citizen of India.
2. That my date of birth is 08.01.1993
3. That I belong to HINDU Religion.
4. That I got married to SHILPA RANA D/O BHUMI CHAND R/O C-332, DELTA –
1, NEAR PARI CHOWK, GREATER NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, UTTAR
PRADESH-201308 ON 07.03.2024 at STARLAND BANQUET A-98,
MAYAPURI NEW DELHI-110064 according to Hindu rites and ceremonies
under HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955
5. That my date of birth is 08.01.1993 and at the time of marriage I was 31 years
old.
6. That I was unmarried till the time of marriage on 07.03.2024 and /or I did not
have any other spouse at the time of marriage.
7. That at the time of marriage I was not related to SHILPA RANA D/O BHUMI
CHAND R/O C-332, DELTA – 1, NEAR PARI CHOWK, GREATER NOIDA,
GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, UTTAR PRADESH-201308 the prohibited degree of
relationship and not sapinda as per HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955
8. That at the time of marriage I was capable of giving valid consent and of sound
mind not suffering from any mental disorder/insanity.
9. That all the supporting documents attached with this affidavit is genuine.
10. That it is my true statement and nothing has been concealed therefrom.
