Document Purpose
The intent of this document is to detail out the installation scope of work related Maintenance
Service Utility Equipment in PT Procter & Gamble Operation Indonesia for period July 2019 to
June 2020.
Project Background
Utility P&G Jakarta Plant has Equipment need to do maintenance as per our time base
maintenance system (TBM) and need vendor for execute Job.
Safety & Quality Notes
Contractor must comply with the safety policies of the site
- Following Permit submission prior work (one day before service)
- Training and qualified before work (Electrical, Confined Space, Fall Prevention and
Protection and Hot work if any)
Contractor must ensure that good housekeeping is observed at all times.
Provide PPEs and used must be in good condition

7. Inspect Fubric Duct
- Replace fubric duct and inspect fubric duct on packing area.
8. Chemical Dosing
- Will responsible to dosing all of chemical at Utility by daily operation. (NaOH,
metabisulfite, chlorine, cooling tower chemical, boiler chemical) maintain stock of
chemical to avoid low stock chemical.
9. Inspect City water
- Provide manpower to inspect City water tank by yearly. Provide method, job safety
analysis, tools
10. Bolt tightening
- Provide service for bolt tightening at 12 panel in utility area.

1. AHU Service (Friday-Sunday) 12.00-19.00
2. Pump (Monday-Sunday) 08.00-19.00
3. Cooling Tower (Saturday/Sunday) 10.00-19.00
4. AC Split (Monday-Sunday) 10.00-19.00
