1. Commercial Products
CADAM3D is commercially available in two versions: The Professional version and the Small dam version.
1.1 Professional Version
Licenses are offered for multiple periods up to 4 years. You may select the Base module for which four Optional
modules (list below) are offered with it:
Gated/ungated spillway section
Intake section
Free-fall spillway section
Pseudo-dynamic methods (Chopra’s & Bouaanani)
Or you may select the Full product, which includes the Base module and all Optional modules.

The Base module includes all CADAM3D modeling, analysis, and reporting features only for the gravity dam section
except for both pseudo-dynamic methods (Chopra and Bouaanani methods). The Full product is about 10% less
expensive than the Base module with all the optional modules.
1.2 Small Dam Version
The Small dam version of CADAM3D is identical to the professional version but limits the height of the structure to
a maximum of 15m (49.2 ft).

2. Academic Product
Academic pricing is available to universities who wish to install CADAM3D in a campus computer for student use.
Academic pricing may be requested by a faculty member or administrator with a university email address, by
submitting a quote request to [email protected]. We will require a letter on university letterhead, signed by a
department head, stating that the software will be used strictly for teaching and academic purposes.
3. Licensing Details
You can combine what you want according to your needs, the licensing is flexible. You can buy 3 Base modules for 1
year, 2 Gated/ungated spillway modules for 6 months and 1 Intake section module for 3 months. Optional modules
must be combined with a Base module to be functional. The licenses will be installed on your license server or on the
PC of your choice for local licensing. Network licencing is not more expensive. CADAM3D is fully functional in virtual
environments such as Microsoft Azure.
4. Volume Discount
We offer volume discounts if you plan to buy multiple licenses simultaneously.

5. Technical Support
0.5-hour technical support is included for each Base module or Full product for each rental month. If you rent 3 basic
modules for 12 months, you will benefit from 18 hours of technical support for the rental period (12 months). If you
would like additional technical support, you may purchase it at a cost of USD 100/hour.
