1. Reference: Spot Report on Found Dead body of a Foreign National dated


February 2, 2023

2. In reference above, please be informed that the autopsy on the body of the
victim was already conducted by the Medico Legal Officer of RFU 8. Further, due to the
thorough investigation conducted by this MPS, A witness had agreed to testify as
witness and a case for Murder is now being filed through regular filing at the Office of
the Provincial Prosecutors. Progress report will follow.
