The United Nations human rights council,

Guided by the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, focusing on the
basic human rights and promoting and protecting human rights worldwide,

Reminding all nations of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this recognizes the inherent
dignity, equality and inalienable rights of all global citizens,

Recalling the general assembly Resolution of 12 February 1946, in which it proclaimed that the
problem of refugees and displaced persons was international in scope and nature,

Stressing on right of the refugees to be protected from violence, persecution, and arbitrary
attacks on their person or property, including during armed conflicts. This includes protection
from acts of war, such as indiscriminate attacks, targeted killings, and sexual violence, and the
right to seek asylum in another country for the refugees fleeing armed conflicts. They should not
be forcibly returned to a country where their life or freedom would be threatened due to the
armed conflict.

Emphasizing on the main objective of the humanitarian laws related to refugees affected by
armed conflicts, have the right to receive humanitarian assistance, including food, shelter,
medical care, and other essential services. Humanitarian organizations and agencies should be
allowed to provide assistance to refugees without interference.
Concerning about Refugees having the right to access to education and healthcare services,
including healthcare support, during armed conflicts. States and humanitarian actors should
ensure that refugee children can continue their education and that refugees have access to
essential healthcare services.

Stressing upon the current issues of armed conflicts and the protection of refugees in respect to
the same, stepping towards the reform particularly in the humanitarian realm,

1. Promotes the protection of health of people taking refuge in other countries due to armed
conflicts by ensuring proper healthcare and supply of adequate aids.
2. Encourages the education of children of the refugees who are not provided with proper
education for their long-term well-being and empowerment. Providing access to quality
education not only equips refugees with knowledge and skills but also fosters resilience
and hope for the future.
3. Requests all member nations to Strengthen global cooperation to protect refugees and
their rights through mutual collaboration.
