White Rabbit Milk Tea Recipe

Making the milk "tea"

To start with this the White Rabbit Milk Tea is not a
tea. It is based on milk. The milk will be mixed with
White Rabbit powder and fructose.

Making the translucent blue pearls

First we need to have transparent pearls like sagu
white pearls or aloe pearls. Cook the transparent
pearls. Once they are fully cooked.

1. Have hot water prepared with 250 ml water.

2. Add 5 dried butterfly pea tea leaves for 5 minutes.
3. Strain the leaves from the tea. It should be blueish.
4. Mix the cooked transparent pearls in the tea to
absorb the colour.
5. Wait until crystal boba has turned blue (Approx. 1
hour or more)
