One of the most discussed topics of 21st century is sport role in society. Despite the fact that
sport give us so many postive things for both mental and mind, the question as to whether it will
be have some useless purposes for sport remains contentiuos. Evindence regarding this issue
is inconclusive. Personally, i partially agree with this thought. Suitable reasons are discussed in
two following paragraphs below
Firstly, the main purpose of sport is to improve physical health. Some may argue that there are
other ways for improving health besides sports, but they don't have any effect on one's mood.
Therefore, if we want to keep our mind healthy, then sport should not be excluded from life. This
arguement could be to true to some extent. However, they should take into account the fact that
people who do not engage in sports tend to overeat, which results in obesity. Obesity and its
consequences are a consequence of unhealthy lifestyle, and thus sports can help prevent such
problems. In addition, sports not only affect the body, but also the mind. For instance, those who
play team sports develop social skills such as cooperation with others. Those who exercise
regularly also are less likely to suffer from depression or anxiety. In conclusion, I believe that
sports are an important part of our lives because they improve physical health, make people
happier, and strengthen their relationships with each. This example shows that sports play an
important role in everyone's life.
Secondly, it has been proven that those who participate in sport are more successful than
those who don't engage in any form of physical activity. In my opinion, this is a good argument.
The oppenents argue that playing sports is a waste of time. They say that there are much more
useful activities that could be done during this [Link] those who are against this point do
not take into account that sport gives people something else rather than time. It makes them
healthier and happier. As a result, they can work harder and achieve success. Thus, sport
contributes to overall success in [Link] example, a person can improve his or her personality
by joining a sport club. It is no coincidence that many successful athletes are members of a
sport club. In addition, participating in sports helps people relieve stress and gain confidence.
In conclusion, nowadays sport bring boon and banes. If peope get heathier when doing sport
and even success in their way on the sportcareer, its advantages eclipse its disadvantages
