25 Design a concrete mix of M40 grade. Take standard deviation of S MPa. The specific |14|
gravities of cement, coarse aggregate 'and fine aggregate are 3.14, 2.75 and 2.62
respectively. The bulk densities of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are 1610 kg/m
and 1560 kg/m' respectively. Slump required is 75 mm. The water absorption of coarse
aggregate is 1% and free moisture in fine aggregate is 2%. Design the concrete mix using
IS:10262. Assume any missing data.
