INTRODUCTION
In this second guide we will reinforce the handling of role-play situations and practice and improve the
usefulness of basic grammatical structures by writing simple texts.

Steve Jobs 1955-2011
Steve Jobs was a co-founder and CEO of the
Apple Company, he was born in San
Francisco at 1955 and he died in Palo Alto,
California at 2011 when he had 56 years
old, he was adopted by a Paul Jobs and
Clara Hagopian when he was a baby. Paul
was a machinist of trains and her mom was
a housewife. He was a co-founder of the
company Apple, he created this company
at the year 1976 with her partner Steve
Wozniak. He re invented the computer
when he created the first personal
computer, he also created the iphone,
ipad, itunes and he was a accionist of

Wrong price at tickets
Dear Mr Van der Werff I write this letter because I bought a tickets for to travel to Madrid Spain the
June 15th, I saw the price in your website and it’s cost $300 dollars, but when I pay, they charged me
$500 dollars, and I don’t kwon the reasons about this price, I feel very upset because the information
that was in the website was wrong. I respectfully request that my money be refunded to my saving
account.

CONCLUTIONS
This second guide reinforced the knowledge of writing simple texts but using basic language structures
correctly, which allowed practicing pronunciation in role-plays and reinforcing teamwork.
