The text:

Hello, I'm Moudjib Arrahmane Khelil, a 50 years old Algerian man. I live in El-Oued. I'm calm, kind, funny
and helpful. I like reading, travelling and of course teaching. (§ 1)
I still remember my first day at primary school; it was one of my best memories. My dad took me and I
was so scared that day. I was only 6 years old and I did not want to go because my school is far from my
house, I was lonely and I did not know anyone there; but few days later I met some best friends. At primary
school I had a beautiful teacher. He was very kind and lovely. (§ 2)
I have not forgotten also my beautiful days at Ben Badis Middle School. I was very excited, we had
different teachers for different subjects and my favourite subjects were: Arabic, English and Maths. I loved
my English teacher, Mrs Khelifi and she was my best because she cared and looked-after me. She used to
help and encourage me a lot when I could not speak in the class. She told me: "Go-on with good work but
never give-up your dream, one day you will be a famous person". Mr Nessira, was helpful too, He is cool
and respectful person. I have enjoyed and loved his classes as he used to teach us very well. My dream was
to become a successful scientist like Ibn Sina. Unlike many of my friends, I have become a teacher of
English and I teach now at Abdelkarim Houideg Middle School in Sidi Mastour, El-Oued and I love my
pupils a lot. (§ 3)
