ROD BRACKETS
ey are made of aluminium or brass and are used to
provide projection from a building’s wall or face.
ese are mostly utilised with rod to tape coupling when
a saddle on the roof cannot be installed and an air rod
must be installed on the building’s side.
Earthing System
COUPLERS
High grade brass construction provides greater strength, and the bore helps to prevent damage
to the rod’s threads.
HEX COUPLERS
Made of premium brass, silicon bronze, or gunmetal
for greater strength, with a bore to guard against dam-
age to the rod threads.

RIDGE SADDLE
Ridge saddles are the mounting that makes it possible to
attach air rods on pipes or curved surfaces. ey contain
slots that can accommodate at conductors. Available in
aluminium, brass, and gunmetal materials.
STRIKE PAD
Strike Pads are best used in parking lots where conductors
and/or air terminals cannot be put at roof level or to protect
building walls on constructions taller than 60 metres.

Down conductor is connected to the earth rod by a single plate, while at tape is connected to the
earth rod via a double plate.
Bonds
TOWER EARTH BOND
Tower earth bond clamps are made of ne brass or gun-
metal and are used to adhere copper conductors to metal
surfaces.
B BOND
B bonds are used to attach tape to metal structures and
are made of high-grade brass or gunmetal.

TAPE CLIPS
e tape is held to the building using tape clips,
which are made of brass and aluminum. ese are
fastened to the surface with screws or bolts.
DC CLIPS
ese clips are employed to fasten copper tape to the
structure.
e clip, which is made of Brass, Gunmetal, or Alu-
minum, includes a hole at the base for attaching to a
building with the proper screw and plug.

CABLE HOLDERS
A wide selection of cable holders for bare copper wires in the
25 to 300mm2 size range. Our regular variety includes brass
clamp bodies, but depending on the need, we can also
provide other surface nishes, such tinned cable holds.
We can sell our clamps already furnished with studs and
bimetallic washers.
