LESSON I: THE BIBLE

A. Interaction: What is Bible to you? (The Bible: 1. tells us all about GOD, 2. about DIVINE TRUTH 3. And
it is our guide to everlasting life.)

**The teacher should encourage all juniors to answer the question and to assess the level of
understanding of the students about the Bible.

B. Introduction:

The English word “Bible” comes from the Greek words “biblos” and “biblion” which means “the
book”. It is not merely a book—it is the book which stands as high above all other books as the heaven is
high above all the earth.

C. Bible Drill Game while discussing:

Teacher: Open your Bible in Psalm 40:7 and Hebrews 10:7. Kindly read. The Bible is called?

**Each student who can find and answer will have points in recitation.

D. WHAT IS IN THE BIBLE? Fill in the blanks game with discussion. Recitation points.
