1.0 SCOPE OF STUDY
Vietnam has recently emerged as a thriving tourism destination, and the retail business has grown
to be a substantial contributor to the country's economy. Recognizing the significance of local
consumption in driving GDP growth and overall economic development, the Vietnamese
government launched a campaign called 'Buy Local, Support Vietnam' in 2012. This campaign,
which attempted to educate customers on the importance of local demand while discouraging
excessive expenditure on imported goods, was a success. As a result, as local businesses, Bibica
Vietnam, Kinh Do, and Nafoods stand to gain considerably from the government's backing and
the rising focus on purchasing Vietnamese goods. Nonetheless, they are up against severe
competition from multinational companies with a presence in Vietnam.Furthermore, since they
provide a diverse selection of high-quality and popular items to numerous consumer categories,
these local businesses have a large client base. They have a significant domestic presence with a
large number of retail stores and distribution networks spread over Vietnam. As a result, it is
clear that the economic environment of Vietnam has a direct impact on the fortunes of Bibia
Vietnam, Kinh Do, and Nafoods.

Nam, so some information maybe not convenience. However, it is not easy to choose a company

from foreign brands. Then, the market shares change every day. Therefore, investment ratios are
not exactly correct. Besides, the ratios do not reflect customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction
