Self-Sustaining Primary School
Academic Project
Third semester
This projects aims to create a healthy school-
ing environment to both student and the na-
ture. The school building is a zero-energy build-
ing including passive energy saving methos
and active energy production methods on site.
Classes and outdoor pocket spaces created nearby to
provide a breathe of fresh air and escape in the breaks.

A Subtropical Climate Responsive Residence

The presented design consists of minimal details
and functional approach to a living space planning.
Single family residence designed for hot an humid
climate of Chitwan. The space is planned for a family
of 5 with 3 bedroms , living room , kitchen and addi-
tional facilities.

A home for touch and tranquility

This project is a renovation project of a
two bedroom flat of a condominium one
for a person who recently lost his vision.
The client could still perceive light and shap-
Wes, even if they couln’t make out what an ob-
ject actually is. Taking this into consideration,
each room is given a distinct theme that a per-
son could identify with their touch or smell.

Sports Complex Buiding Rooted to its Site
Acaemic Project
Sixth Semester
The project consistes of a stadium, indoor sports
complex and a ccommercial block of a total 15000
capacity fitted altogether in an area of 68000 SQ M.
The site context and programs were to be taken
mainly into consideration for the design of this
sports arena.

Reuse of Coastal defense tower
Competition Entry
Reuse the Tower, Reuse Italy
Ths design is a adaptive reuse of a ruin of a Coastal
tower “Torre Rinalda” , locate in Lecce, Italy. These
towers were made in every 10 Kilometers for de-
fence purpose during the war.
The brick tower is used as a war museum showcas-
ing few war memories. Minimal Changes one in the
plan , focusing more on keeping the memory intact
rather creating something new.
