To resolve this we need to increase the transaction timeout to above 300. For EAP 5.1 & GA this property
file is under - \jboss_home\server\ServerName\deploy\transaction-jboss-beans.

After searching for any solutions found this tip on ATG community site
-> Need to simply connect to the publishing schema and issue:

select id, date_created, substr(name, 0, 30) from avm_devline where type=1 order by date_created;

The latest entry is last snapshot id deployed. Plug that id value into /atg/epub/DeploymentServer in the
"Force snapshot D" input field and issue the nit.

That'll reset the PublishingAgent on each of the production servers. Now just go back into the [Overview]
of Content Admin, select the site, and restart the deployment.

t didn't work for me, it kept saying snapshot id not found. There were also suggestions to delete entry
from

ATG\ATG9.1\home\servers\ATGPublishing\Publishing\deployment\data
ATG\ATG9.1\home\servers\ATGProduction\PublishingAgent\data

Which didn't work either for me, then had to uninstall CRS and reinstall it,

Still getting the below errors but couldn't find any solutions, though it not stopping from doing anything.
