A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE BANK SIGNATORIES OF BARANGAY 55 EL REPOSO


WITH AN CURRENT ACCOUNT AT DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES,
TACLOBAN CITY BRANCH AND DESIGNATING SK CHAIRPERSON MEL PATRICK H.
MARAVILLES AND SK TREASURER CHERRY JOY BAUSING AS THE OFFICIAL
SIGNATORIES ON THE TRANSACTION THEY MAY ENTER AT THE BANK.

WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015
provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph (f) states that the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with
the concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan, has the power to appoint among the members of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan a secretary and treasurer;
WHEREAS, Republic Act 10742 stated that the financial independence among Sangguniang Kabataan;
WHEREAS, there is an existing account for Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 55 EL REPOSO which
were signed by Gerald M. NAVAL, SK Chairperson and Cesar Projimo, SK Treasurer;
WHEREAS, there is a need to authorize the new SK Chairperson, Hon. MEL PATRICK H.
MARAVILLES and the SK Treasurer, Hon. CHERRY JOY BAUSING, for whatever legal
transactions they may enter at Development Bank of the Philippines, Tacloban City Branch, wherein this
Bank is the depository Bank of this Sangguniang Kabataan and that there is a need to present their
signatories for acknowledgement.
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the change of bank account signatories of
Barangay 55 EL REPOSO at Development Bank of the Philippines, Tacloban City Branch.

I HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE ABOVE QUOTED RESOLUTION.
