Sir,

Following are the Observation on TCS:

1. Kindly mention the applicable length of TCS in the submitted drawings. These lengths shall be
verified by TPF Site Team with due consideration to actual site conditions.
2. Kindly verify the width of the RCC drain and utility corridor with respect to the TCS provided in
contract agreement, Schedule B - clause 2.11, page no 154,155 and 156. The dimension mentioned in
submitted drawings do not match the Schedules’ requirements and shall be suitably revised.
3. Kindly provide the proposed ROW along with the existing carriageway in the TCS.
4. Proposed GSB Layer need to be in Continuity with the drainage layer of existing carriageway for
proper drainage and filtering purpose. Contractor to kindly elaborate the method to be adopted for
ensuring continuity of GSB layers during execution. TPF Site Team shall ensure this conformance
during execution on-site.
5. Provision of streetlights, median barrier and antiglare device as per Annex-I of Schedule C is not
shown in submitted drawings and shall be suitably revised.
6. The received drawings for TCS have been submitted / reviewed for the first time by TPF team and
hence the Revision Number and Reason for the Rev R1 are unclear. Kindly revise.
7. Kindly ensure an official submission with the stamp and sign of concerned individuals in
conformance to contractual requirements for final review in next deliverable.

Following are the Observation on PPD:

1. Kindly check the super elevation provided at chainage 3+874, 4+882, 5+331 and 12+844 as the
coefficient of friction of the super elevation provided are above the permissible friction of 0.15.
2. Further, refer the previous comments mentioned in ICN-77 provided to you on 01-12-2022 and kindly
ensure point-wise compliances in next official submission. Kindly provide a detailed response sheet
listing out necessary compliances revised in the drawing fir each observation raised by the TPF team
for final review.
3. Kindly ensure an official submission with the stamp and sign of concerned individuals in
conformance to contractual requirements for final review in next deliverable.
