Dear Ms. Framilla,

Good day!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in renting the
commercial space located at Garden Plaza Mall Garden Villas 3, Brgy. Ibaba, City of
Santa Rosa, Laguna, I believe that your location with its ideal location and amenities
perfectly fits my requirements.

I just received a formal notice of lease offer from you, and as you knew It was my first
time opening my own business I would like to request for discount on overall fix monthly
rental including Rent per square meter, CUSA, Ads and Promo charges, and Pest
Control charges would be 15,000 pesos only per month due to additional cost
associated with staring a business such us renovation expenses, processing fees,
government permits and etc.

Thank you for considering my request. I genuinely like this location and hope that my
tenancy will be beneficial for both of us. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest
