1. This document provides notes to consider for an academic drawing including dimensions in mm unless specified and wall thicknesses. 2. External walls are 230mm thick with 18mm external plaster while internal walls are 230mm, 115mm, or 100mm thick with 12mm internal plaster unless specified. 3. All dimensions are from unfinished surfaces and floor to floor heights are measured from one unfinished floor to the above unfinished floor.
