SUBJECT: Implementing new rules and regulations with regards to events and occasions
conducted on each homeowners’ property.
WHEREAS, in the meeting between the Board of Directors and Officers held last February
26, 2024, the discussion of occasional noise complaints about events and different
celebrations from homeowners was presented.
WHEREAS, a special resolution is made to accommodate the raised concern and a discussion
was made in exercising time curfews for all homeowners to make sure we uphold
tranquillity and maintain order. At exactly 10 P.M., all music and sounds coming from the
event must be minimized or turned off. Guest(s) are permitted to stay within the
homeowners’ property so long as they maintain a reasonable noise amplification as to avoid
disturbance from other homeowners. The association security guard will visit the
homeowners’ property to inform/remind about the curfew for a number of three (3) visits.
WHEREAS, failure to uphold the said noise curfew after repeated visitation, will result from
an intermission to the event enforced by the association security guard requesting the
homeowner(s) guest(s) vacate the property.
WHEREAS, after the third attempt and continued refusal to vacate the homeowner(s)
property, the Homeowners’ Association Officers will request the help of our barangay
officials in abolishing such event and/or disturbance.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in the spirit of community-
building, cooperation, and equity and fairness in enjoying the rights and privileges of
bonafide members of the Association, the Board of Directors resolves, as it does hereby
resolve, to adopt the herein provisions particularly prescribed herein;
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER THAT THIS RESOLUTION shall constitute sufficient authority for
the enforcement of the noise curfew of 10 P.M., imposing repeated visitation from
association security guard for reminder and finally requesting barangay officials to abolish
such disturbance.
This resolution takes effect upon its approval.
