As a clinician, I worked as a rotating medical doctor in hospital setting and as a Physician scientist, I
actively worked with Stroke and neurocritical team on neurology clinical trials. As a Neuroscience
researcher, I have been an active team leader and designed, participated in multiple studies both at
UNM and at MGH with experience in behavioral testing and neurological stereotaxic surgeries on
TBI and ICH models. My masters’ thesis titled “Effect of Ketogenic diet and Calorie restriction on
Cognition, anxiety, depression, activity levels in different age group of rat models” evaluates the
effect of KD in normal and enriched environment on rats, and Epilepsy in particular.
