of communicating with people in the digital era.
● As a result, typical social rules are finding their way into
digital environments.
● Social media etiquette refers to the guidelines that
companies and individuals use to preserve their
reputation online.

● Maintaining social media etiquette is crucial for success
as targeting the right people and creating engaging
content.
● Bad social media etiquette could affect brand
reputation.
● Bad impression deter customers from returning.
