Cold Calling Flow Chart

The cold calling process flow chart shows the steps a cold caller takes when contacting potential sellers. The cold caller will either call sellers outbound or receive inbound calls. They ask pre-qualifying questions to determine if the seller is open to offers and their asking price relative to market value. If the seller is willing to negotiate below market value and schedule a future meeting, they become a warm or hot lead. Otherwise the interaction results in rebuttals or a cold lead if no appointment is made.
