Acoustic Ceiling Assembly


a. 24mm x 33mm x 12ft-length Main Tee Runner; spaced @ 1.22m O.C., maximum 0.40m
from the walls.
b. 24mm x 25mm x 2ft-length Cross Tee Runner; spaced @ 0.61m O.C. both ways,
maximum 0.40m from the walls.
c. 24mm x 24mm x 12ft-length Wall Angle; fixed on the wall w/ 1” concrete nails spaced @
.6m O.C.
d. Main Tee Hangers shall consist of: Full Threaded Rod fixed on the slab with Expansion
Bolt; Nut & Washer; Twisted Hanger; spaced @ .91m O.C. or 4 sets per Main Tee Runner
e. 2’ x 2’ Acoustic Ceiling Tile; design sample will be subject for approval by the End-User

2. Fiber-Cement Board Ceiling Assembly


a. 12mm x 38mm x 5m-length (1mm thk) Carrying Channel; spaced @ 1.22m O.C.,
maximum 0.40m from the walls.
b. 19mm x 50mm x 5m-length (.6mm thk) Metal Furring; spaced @ 0.61m O.C.
perpendicular to the Carrying Channel, maximum 0.40m from the walls.
c. 25mm x 25mm x 3m-length (.5mm thk) Wall Angle; fixed on the wall w/ 1” concrete
nails spaced @ .6m O.C.
d. Carrying Channel Hangers shall consist of: Full Threaded Rod fixed on the slab with
Expansion Bolt; Nut & Washer; Channel Hanger; spaced @ .91m O.C. or 4 sets per
Carrying Channel
e. 4’ x 8’ x 4.5mm-thickness Hardiflex Ficem Board
f. Hardiputty Jointing Compound & James Hardie Perforated Tape; for flush jointing of
adjacent Ficem Board; refer to manufacturer’s instruction
g. 20mm Hardiescrew; for fixing Ficem Board to the Metal Furring Framing; spaced evenly
with 58 pcs/board; refer to manufacturer’s instruction
h. Davies Mondo Skimcoat SK1 powder; for surface preparation of Ficem Board prior to
painting works
i. Davies DV500 Flat Latex White; for Primer; 1 coat
