SK Resolution on New Signatories for Account

THE SK TREASURER LEAH DURA AS THE NEW JOINT SIGNATORIES OF
BARANGAY BIGAAN HINATUAN SK ACCOUNT DEPOSITED AT LANDBANK OF
THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) BISLIG BRANCH THEREBY REVOKING THE OLD
SIGNATORIES OF THE SAID ACCOUNT."(002162-1092-11)

WHEREAS, for the legality of these two individuals as a joint signatory in any transaction
deposited account on that particular bank, the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP).

WHEREAS, the Barangay Bigaan, Hinatuan SK required these two individuals as a new
joint at signatories legally, in any different transaction belonging to the Barangay Bigaan, Hinanun
SK;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Nilfred B. Sapia-an and duly seconded by all
members present it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize these two individuals, the SK Chairman


Rey mart M. Saraosos and the SK Treasurer Leah Dura as legal signatories in any different
transaction of the Barangay Bigaan, Hinatuan SK at that particular Bank, Landbank of the
Philippines (LBP).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Landbank of the


Philippines (LBP) Bislig Branch for their information and kind guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED
