equipment has no indigenous injury or sighted deformation. The equipment is safe for its intended use
within the limits specified, provided there is a continuous maintenance applied and qualified operators
employed.

the acts or omissions of its employees, agents or subcontractors. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall ABS Consulting be liable for any injury or damage to any
person or property occurring by reason of negligent operation or any defect in materials, machinery, equipment or other items other than such defects ascertainable by
