2 I want all wiring to be hidden so we may need an entertainment wall to have a backing that hides the wires.

The sunken idea I'm on the fence about it. If you think it's not cohesive design choice, maybe we can forget it, and
instead I'll just move that long tufted leather chair I'm thinking and move it here. Then the chairs by the billiard table
are just bar stools.

10-14. I'm not looking for something elaborate. I'm only choosing this number because of our use case. We'll have
DINING ROOM typically a group of 20 people let's say. I want at least 12 of them to be able to sit together in the dining table if

With Walk In Closet? platforms, with a few drawers.

Space on landing of second floor for billiards table. Expect me to want a straight long leather sofa possibly added in
this common area.
SPECIFIC ROOMS
12 Additional room requirement not mentioned Space possibly adjacent to billiard table area, like a multipupose table for 6? Imagine 6 people doing business
above (e.g. Office, Gym, Library) planning and work stuff together.

Linen room / supply room where we can store extra mattresses, pillows, etc. will also be super appreciated.

I don't know what they're called but they look like small 5-6 ft. bamboo looking like plants usually planted around the
perimeter.

I think it would also be nice to have a tree by the entrance gate, if not outside, then maybe inside just by the main
door. Like this, pocket garden-ish or bonsai kind of thing.

Not sure we'll have space for a gazebo or proper lanai. But a lanai would be nice, plus maybe 2 lounge chairs area
by the pool.

With outdoor Gazeebo? Lanai? I would definitely want an area for grilling though. I'll just buy a back yard grilling thing. That said, might be reason
for these tall bamboo things to be near that area too so smoke can also be dispersed and it just doesn't go to your
neighbors.

I'm thinking 5 m x 10 m.
Upto 5 ft. deep.
SWIMMING POOL Open to increase size to reasonably add a shallow area for kids.

Preferred Layout Layout is rectangular, likely will be partly covered by over hang of second floor, envisioning it to be enclosed by the
house such that it is visible from all areas of the house so it serves as added aesthetic.

I'm thinking plain stucco looking surface. Maybe with some cladding too? If we can affordably add some stone work

Mostly industrial to modern finish.

corners?

Maximum height of building in Eagle Ridge is 9. I'm thinking 3.5 so it feels airy, spacious, high ceiling, aesthetic?

Preferred Ceiling height? I'm trying to avoid recessed lighting and the likes but I assume we'll need some ceiling work either way especially in
the seconde floor if we are to go with roofing vs concrete?
