SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION
No. 1, Series of 2024
A RESOLUTION HEARTILY REQUESTING _______________________________
OF __________________________ TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY
TIMBANGAN, CALBIGA, SAMAR.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Timbangan, Calbiga, Samar do hereby
pass a resolution requesting ___________________________, to allocate funds for the construction
of Multi-Purpose Building.
WHEREAS, the construction of Multi-Purpose Building will provide efficient, convenient,
sustainable service and help uplift the social welfare of the people of our barangay especially during
different activities held in the barangay.
WHEREAS, the 20% Barangay Development Fund allocated by Barangay Timbangan,
Calbiga, Samar has already been allocated to different priority project of the barangay for this year
2024;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay is in need of fund to construct the said Multi-Purpose
Building;
NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, upon motion made by HON. LILIO M.
SOLAYAO, Kagawad/ Committee on Infrastructure and Public Works, and duly seconded by all
Sangguniang Barangay Kagawad present be it;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to respectfully request financial assistance from
the good office of ______________________________ for the construction of Multi-Purpose of
Barangay Timbangan, Calbiga, Samar;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all authorities and other agencies
and offices concerned for information and appropriate action;
