Immediate removal of the water and patching of the tie rod position with approved methods
is highly indispensable to avoid further quality problems on the structure.
Proper trimming and patching of tie rods at mat beams, all floor columns and shear wall
as they will cause corrosion if not patched with approved method.

Removing plywood from concrete surfaces
Stairs shall be free from excess concrete and riser and thread shall be as per the design.
Ramp concrete surface shall be corrected
Checking the dimensions and alignment of beams, columns and slab as per the design and
taking the necessary correction in collaboration with the site team.
SECOND BASEMENT FLOOR
Undulating floor finish(refer the surveying data)
Wavy slab soffit
Stairs shall be free from excess concrete and riser and thread shall be as per the design.
