For this assembly you need the following:
Superglue (Items that need to be glued are marked with blue squares)
3x DIN 7991 M 5x10 Screws (Flathead)
2x DIN 7991 M 3X12 Screws (Flathead)
1X DIN 7991 M 3X8 Screw (Flathead)
1x DIN 912 M 3X25 Screw (Socket head)
1x ISO 7380 M6X30 Screw (Round head)
4x m3 nuts
3x m5 nuts
1x m6 nut
1x 12-14 mm Outer Diameter spring, aprox. 20mm long.
1x 8-11 mm Outer Diameter spring, aprox 20mm long.
• Glue the blocker and lower receiver together.
• Glue the trigger together
• Glue only one selector lever (as pictured below) to the connector and insert a single m3
nut in the designated slot.

• Once the trigger is glued together, insert it with the spring
in the housing and close it. There’s no need to glue it
together as the receiver will hold it.
• Insert the trigger housing in the lower receiver. Insert the two connectors to hold it
together. Make sure the connectors do not protrude on the rail surface as this is where
the upper receiver is supposed to slide.
• Insert the m6 nut in the designated slot.
m6 nut
• Place the pistol grip and tighten it with the m6 screw.
• Glue together the trigger guard and lower receiver.

• Slide the already glued selector connector through the hole. Place the second selector lever
and tighten it with the m3 12mm flathead screw (you can use a longer screw, I made sure
there’s enough space).
• Insert a single m3 nut on the inside of the magwell, near the power pack release.
• insert the 8-11mm outer diameter spring on the power pack release button (there’s a circular
slot).
• Place the release button in its position, slide the longer m3 socket head screw and tighten it.
• Try inserting the power pack. You should hear a click when the button catches it. The power
pack should stay firmly in place, with little wiggle room.
• On the inside of the magwell there’s another slot for another m3 nut. Simply slide the
indicator housing and tighten it with the m3x8mm flathead screw.
• For instructions on the indicator skip to the final page.
• For the upper rail, simply glue all the parts together! :)

• Glue the dial with the connector rod. Insert a single m5 nut in the rod.

• Firstly place the spring arm inside the receiver. Place any 8-10 outer diameter spring inside
the slot and make sure it pushes the arm up. (I use the same type of spring as for the power
pack release.)
• Once done, insert the connector rod.
• Place the lever thingy in the right slot. Tighten it with a single m5 10mm flathead screw. Do
not overtighten.
• Glue all the power pack parts together.

• Insert a single m3 nut inside the barrel slot.
• Insert 2x m5 nuts in the barrel block
• Slide down the muzzle device and its cover on the barrel.
• Slide the barrel inside the barrel block.
• Tighten the barrel with the printed nut.
• Glue the underbarrel thingy cap with its thread and screw. Once glued
you can screw it on the barrel block.
• Secure the muzzle device and its cover on the barrel with a single m3
12mm long flathead screw. (or you can simply glue together these parts.)
• Insert the barrel assembly in the Receiver. Tighten it with x2 m5 10mm
flathead screws.
• Weld these parts together in the fires of Valhalla. Or just glue them
together. Whatever works best :)
GLUE
• Slide these two parts together. Once done, insert the front pint that
holds it together. Place the rear plate on the upper receiver and screw it
with the screwy thingy.
• Frame version 1 - Simply slide the dial on the plate, and place the plate
inside the frame. No need to glue anything. The Magwell will hold it
together 1
• Frame version 2 - This one is made for LED lights. Simply slide the top
cover on the frame, and place LED lights on the back end. There are slots
inside the Magwell that allow you to run cables to a battery.
• Frame version 3 - It’s just a simple blank version.
