SECRETARY’S CERTIFICATE

I, MARIA BENEDICTA JOSEFINA L. DY-LIACCO, of legal age, Filipino, duly elected Secretary of Villa Celina
Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., for the period of 2022-2024; do hereby depose and state in accordance
with law that:

1. I certified that all monthly regular meeting held from April to December for the year 2022 at Villa Celina
Phase 1 Covered Court where quorum has been had are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
2. As Association Secretary of VCTHAI, I have custody the Minutes Book where all the minutes of the
meetings of the Board of Directors are recorded and Monthly Accomplishment Report of all the Board of
Directors from the period of April to December 2022;
3. The following are the new board resolutions approved by the Board of Directors;
a) Board Resolution No. 2022-01 Provision of Free Monthly Association Dues in Exchange for Honoraria and
Board Compensation
b) Board Resolution No. 2022-02 Creation of Special Electoral Committee
c) Board Resolution No. 2022-03 Amnesty for Association Dues for All Homeowners and Lot owners
d) Board Resolution No. 2022-04 Summer Sports Festival
e) Board Resolution No. 2022-05 Kapangyarihan at Proteksyon ng mga Opisyales at Board of Directors
f) Board Resolution No. 2022-06 Petisyong Pormal ng mga Homeowners at Homeowners Association
Laban kay Joy Pantan and Family
g) Board Resolution No. 2022-08 Additional Provision of 20% Board Compensation
h) Board Resolution No. 2022-09 Special Committee Creation/Collectors Compensation
i) Board Resolution No. 2022-10 Policies Approved in the Meeting Infamatory
4. This Secretary’s Certificate is issued in compliance with Art. VI Sec.9 of VCTHAI By-Laws to support and
attest to the authenticity and veracity of all the documents and instruments submitted by the association
to the proper authorities.
