SIGNIFICANT LEARNING
Hinahangad nming lahat
na magmove ang aming CS from one stage to another.
In order to improve the system, one must improve him/herself first. PPSS has given list of
ways on how to improve myself as EPS, it’s not easy but the path is clear- just focus and
internalize your role.
Supervisors have 4 career stages but upon learning them, questions came across my
mind...Have I done my part in carrying out my task as PSDS? Am I in the right track in
performing my role? Realization: I still have lots of things to learn as PSDS.

Be more flexible, reflective and transformative learning leader.
Assess and reflect on my work performance and do some improvements for career progression.
Ensures quality standards by supervising, inspecting and evaluating the operations of the
schools. Leads in professional development through INSET and ensures the development of
school-based management.
COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS FOR TRAINING/PROGRAM/ACTIVITY IMPROVEMENT
Congratulations to the whole PMT for a well planned activity.
I've learned so much from this training, thank you so much.
Kudos to the team!
3. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE TRAINING/PROGRAM/ACTIVITY IMPROVEMENTS:
Congratulations to the Program Management Team for the successful conduct of the
training.
For the improvement of the succeeding seminar related to this, the following
recommendations were made:
• Always remind the participants of the webinar protocol to avoid unnecessary
distractions during the conduct of the session. Facilitators shall also ensure
that they stay in the quiet place to prevent any external noises that may cause
interruptions in the delivery of their lectures.
• Continue to engage highly competent resource speakers to ensure effective
delivery/facilitation of the lectures/sessions.
• Since majority of the participants encountered unstable internal connection,
the PMT may provide a copy of the recordings to all the participants so that
they can rewatch and review the session part they missed or became unclear to
them because of the technical problem encountered.
• For every virtual activity, always anticipate the technical glitch that may be
encountered thus having a back-up/alternative connection is indeed essential.
4. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICY ACTION:
