REVOCATION OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, under date of May 11, 2022, We, HEIRS OF LATE VICENTE
RAMIREZ namely: MARIA MENDEZ RAMIREZ, VICENTE M.
RAMIREZ JR., VILMA RAMIREZ COSMIANO, BRENDA RAMIREZ
SUAREZ, ROSA RAMIREZ AJOS, BERNANDITA RAMIREZ CORTEZ,
MARLYN RAMIREZ ASOQUE, MARY ANN RAMIREZ GALLARDO,
SILVESTRE MARTINEZ RAMIREZ, and EDILBERTO MENDEZ
RAMIREZ, have executed an Extra-Judicial Settlement with Deed of Absolute
Sale, acknowledged before Notary Public Andrei Arreza Andresan of Tandag,
Surigao del Sur as Doc. No. 78, Page No. 17, Book No. 174, Series of 2022, of
his Notarial Register, we, have sold a parcel of land to EDWILLIAM E.
GERALDINO; and
NOW, THREFORE, We have revoked, countermanded, annulled and made void, and by
these presents do revoke, countermand, annul and make void the said Extra-Judicial Settlement
with Deed of Absolute Sale of no force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
