· Contact our Customer Service Representative (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm, excluding Public
Holidays) at number given below to provide your Bank’s pay-out account details.
· Bank account details must be similar as how it appears in your Bank’s statement/ passbook.
· NRIC/ Passport identification is performed against your registered details with our record for us to
ensure successful transfer of payment to your nominated Bank account.

We encourage you to complete the above registration promptly. If the fund is not paid to your nominated
Bank’s account within a year it will be regarded as unclaimed. All unclaimed monies are lodged at Jabatan
