a. Unique functionality or offering of the website.

Trulia, Realtor and Zillow all have big search bars
Trulia, Realtor has mortgage, affordability, refinance calculators
Trulia has a neighborhood guide
Realtor and Zillow are the only two that has a sticky search bar
b. Your findings on which website is better.
Realtor and Trulia are the sites that are better for me. Trulia being the
straightforward one, these are for people who doesn’t want to deal with so much things.
Their site is simple, you search for a house and then arrange a transaction. Realtor on the
other hand, gives you so much options, these are for the people that want to make sure
they control every step of their transaction. And the overall design of their site looks well
organized and professional
c. Provide other details based on your research with references or sources.
d. Final recommendation
In this activity I have learned what I liked and what I want to see to the future web
designs. The first thing I recommend is to not include unnecessary buttons everywhere, make it
as minimal as possible, it is a navigation bar after all. They should properly choose their colors
as its one of the first things that people see. This will reflect to you brand and how people will
view you as a company.
In conclusion, make it more user-friendly, straight-forward, and minimal. This is so users
from different ages and literacy can still use your site.
