What are estimated entries and why do you need estimated entries?
Certain syllabus/components require early exam materials to be despatched before the final entry deadline, for example language speaking tests, so that you have enough
time to prepare for the assessments. To plan for these early despatches we need an indication of how many candidates you expect to take these components, use the
form below to complete your estimated entries. Following estimated entries, you will still need to make final entries for these syllabus/components by the entry deadline
shown in the Cambridge Handbook.
For security reasons, we do not despatch materials for science subjects until final entries have been received, therefore we do not require estimated entries for these.
How do I complete this form?
Save this interactive PDF to your computer. For each syllabus add the number of candidates you estimate you will enter against each entry option then save your changes
and return the saved form as explained below. If a component is not listed on the form you do not need to submit estimated entries for it.
What happens if I do not return the form?
If you do not complete and return the form we may not be able to send you the key materials for these syllabus at the appropriate time. We will send you the materials
once you make your final entries however they may not arrive until a few days before the relevant exam.
What do I do if I need to make changes after sending the form?
If you want to make significant changes to the number of candidates you expect to enter for any of the syllabus entry options listed, please email our Customer Service
team.
When do I need to return my form?
Please return your completed form by 10 October 2022.
What do I do if I am not planning to make entries for any of the syllabuses and components listed on the form?
If you do not expect to make entries for any of the syllabuses and components listed on this form then click this box

email subject line. Please save a copy of the form for your own records.
(Note: Centres which submit their entries to a Cambridge Associate for approval instead of sending these directly to Cambridge should continue to follow this arrangement.)
