SPECIFICATIONS

1. All works shall be done in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), local or city ordinances and requirements of the local electric
cooperative where the building is located.
2. Service equipment/Panel board shall be one set circuit breaker and flush mounted on walls at the height of 1.6 meters above the floor line.
3. Wires shall be concealed inside conduits or flexible tubing following standard sizes as per PEC and concealed inside the building structure or concrete walls.
4. All materials to be use shall be new and approved by the Philippine Product Standard (with PS mark)
5. There shall be the only one service entrance/drop for the building with the rating of 230 volts, 60 hertz.
6. Lights are ceiling mounted, switches and convenience outlets (except for the Special Purpose Outlets) are flush mounted on walls at the height of 1.5 meters and 0.5 meters
respectively above the floor line.
7. All works shall be done under the immediate supervision of a duly licensed electrical engineer or a Registered Master Electrician.
