PARMESAN CRISPY
Ingredients:
• Parmesan -1 cup
• Dried basil - 1 tsp
Method:
• In microwave tray take a parchment paper and add
shredded cheese and sprinkle some dried basil on it.
• Bake upto 350 F (180 C) for 5-7 minutes.
• Enjoy.

MAKHANA BHEL
Ingredients:
• Makhana
• Cumin
• Salt as per taste
• Imli chutney without sugar
• Amchoor (dry mango) powder
• Peanuts
• Green chilli
• Coriander
Method:
• Roast makhana in a pan with salt and cumin powder.
• Add a tbsp of coriander / mint chutney.
• Add a tbsp of imli chutney
• Add roasted peanuts.
• Finely chopped Green chilli.
• Garnish with coriander.
• Enjoy.

CHEESE BALLS
Ingredients:
For the mixture
• Paneer 200g
• Cheese grated 100g
• Red chilli powder1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Ginger powder 1 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
For the dry mix
• Coriander finely chopped or any fresh herb finely
chopped
• Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
• Dry pizza mix herbs 1 tsp
• Oil for greasing palms
Method:
For the mixture
• In a grinder jar of the mixer add all the ingredients of
the mixture and churn it.
• Take the mixture out in a bowl
• Now grease your palm and make small balls out of the
mixture and place it on the plate.
• Refrigerate these balls for at least 1/2 hr.
• For the dry mix
• Mix all the dry ingredients in a plate.
• Take out the cheese ball, and roll it over the dry mix-
ture and keep aside on a serving tray.
• Do this step for the entire cheese ball.
• Serve like this or with a green Chatani if you want.
• Enjoy.

PANEER TIKKI
Ingredients:
• Paneer 100 g
• 1 table spoon green chatani paste
• 1 spoon black pepper power
• Dry roasted peanut powder
• Salt as per taste
Method:
• Grate the paneer.
• Add green chatani paste, salt, black pepper powder-
and peanut powder.
• After adding all of these make it in the shape of pattis.
• Then in a pan on a normal flame, add ghee and bake
pattis from both side.
• Its easy and It taste amazing.
• Enjoy.

SAMA RICE (BARNAYARD MILLET)
Ingredients:
• Cumin seeds
• Peanuts
• Corriander
• Green chilly
• Ginger
• Turmeric
• Red chilly powder
• Salt
• Ghee
• Water
Method:
• Take a pan.
• Add ghee ( don’t use more edible oil) to make then
add cumin seeds and let it saute.
• Add green chilly, and dry neem , and paste if ginger
• Saute for few seconds.
• Mean while add water if sama rice you adding 1 bowl
then use 3 glass of water so use water accordingly.
• And let water boil and keep paddling the mixture.
• Add sama rice in it.
• And let it cook.
• For 10mints.
• You can add tomatoes if you need and also can add
peanuts.
• Enjoy.

CUCUMBER/ZUCCHINI PIZZA
Ingredients:
• 75g paneer/4 cheese cubes
• Tomatoes
• Cucumber /zucchini
• Tomatoes
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste & ground pepper to taste
• 1 tsp oregano, chili flakes
• ½ tsp soy sauce
Method:
• Cut round slice of cucumber.
• Take a soy sauce add olive oil, chili flakes, oregano and
mix well.
• Cut the small pieces of tomatoes.
• Add pinches of salt, according to your taste.
• Cucumber as base, add some tomatoes on it add
some cheese and drizzle the dressing of soy sauce
and olive oil and let it bake for 10-15 mints.
• Serve.
• Enjoy.
7.
ROASTED DRY FRUITS
Ingredients:
• Almond, walnuts
• Mozzarella cheese
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Take a pan add some ghee
• Add the almonds and walnuts in it sauté it
• Add some cheese on the nuts and let it saute
• Once it looks crispy and brown, serve it in plate
• Add some ground pepper and pinch of salt over it
• For taste you can add stevia
• Serve.
• Enjoy.

AVOCADO DRY HALWA
Ingredients:
• 1 avocado
• Stevia
• Sesame seeds
• Almond flour or coconut flour (only if you make it
using stove)
Method:
• 1 avocado smash it.
• Until seems like a paste.
• Add some stevia over it.
• Mix well, add drops of stevia as per your sweet buds
• Add some sesame seeds over it.
• You can also sauté this adding ghee on the pan (if you
want).
• Serve it with some Cashew nuts or walnuts.
• Enjoy.
9.
TOMACADO SALAD
Ingredients:
• 3 Tomatoes or 5-6 baby tomatoes
• 2 Avocado
• Couple of pinches of sea salt
• Fresh ground pepper
• 75g paneer (chopped or shredded)
• Lemon zest
• Dried oregano
• 1 table spoon olive oil
• Toasted Almond
Method:
• Prepare paste of avocado.
• Slice the tomato.
• Take a small bowl add 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2stp oregano &
chill flakes add salt, and also chili paste then mix them
all.
• Don’t make much spicy make it according to your tol-
erance.
• Drizzle this mixture over the slices of tomatoes.
• Dip those tomato slice into avocado paste.
• Add some shredded paneer over it.
• Enjoy.

KOL KADHI
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cup coconut milk
• 1 kokam
• Coriander stem
• Chop beetroot
• Cumin seeds
• Curry leaves
• Olive oil
• Ginger
Method:
• Take a bowl add coconut milk.
• Add some kokum.
• Finely chopped ginger, rock salt, coriander stem and
leaf, chop beet root.
• Make tempering, heat oil cumin seeds curry leaves &
green chilies.
• Add this all to the kadhi and mix well.
• Refrigerate kadhi for few hours.
• Mix well and strain kadhi.
• Enjoy.

CARROT CHIPS
Ingredients:
• 3 carrots
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning/ jalapenos/oregano
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Ghee to fry
Method:
• Pre heat oven 325 and line two baking sheets with
parchment paper.
• Slice the carrot into strips.
• Add lime juice, garlic powder& season with salt and
pepper on sliced cheese.
• Place the slice on the paper and bake until golden
brown, about 30 minutes and let it cool down then.
• Serve.
• (if not using the oven then bake on stove for
15-20mins or fry using ghee).
• Enjoy.

RASMALAI LADDU
Ingredients:
• 1 liter milk
• 500ml sour butter milk
• Stevia
• Kesar
Method:
• Let the milk get boil on high flame.
• After few minutes add some sour buttermilk in it.
• And let it boil.
• Add few drops of stevia in it.
• Within a few minutes you can see solid substance get-
ting separated.
• Let it happen until the layer is filled with those thick-
ness.
• Now stir it out and let it get cool for 2-3 minutes.
• When luke warm try to roll it using your palm.
• Into small balls and keep it separately.
• Top the balls using kesar.
• You can also dip it in 200ml milk and serve.
• You can add dry fruits of your taste.
• Enjoy.
13.
BEETROOT HALWA
Ingredients:
• 3 beetroot
• Rajgira
• Stevia
• Ghee
• Black salt
Method:
• Boil the beetroot.
• Smash it.
• Take the rajgira and stir it on low to medium flame on
the stove.
• Once rajgira turns golden brown.
• Add smashed beetroot to it.
• Also add the drops of stevia, sweet according to your
taste.
• Add mint leaf , into it and let it get cook for 10 min-
utes, stir it with hand and mix well while cooking.
• Serve.
• Enjoy.

ORANGE CHOCO – CHIP SHAKE
(IF CHOCOLATE IS ALLOWED)
Ingredients:
• 2tbsp of orange juice and orange zest
• Stevia
• ½ cup milk of your choice can use normal or almond
as well
• Dark Chocolate chips
Method:
• 300ml of milk.
• Add the lemon juice and zest and Choco chip blend it
well.
• Add some zest over it and top with Choco chip.
• Enjoy.

VERY BERRY SALAD
Ingredients:
• 30g sprouts
• 10 Roasted Peanut
• Sesame seeds
• Ghee
• Stevia
• 5 almonds
• Berries of your choice
Method:
• Take a sprouts.
• Take a skillet add some ghee.
• Add 10-12 peanuts and roast it until it turns dark
brown.
• Take a bowl add peanuts , almonds and sesame seeds
• Add mixt it well.
• Add few drops of stevia, sweetness according to your
taste.
• Add sesame seeds, if you like you can also roast It and
then sprinkle it.
• over.
• Add your favourite berries over the top.
• Enjoy your bowl with some good fat (add 1tbsp ghee /
olive oil over it).
• Enjoy.
16.
MAKHNA CREAM CHEESE
Ingredients:
• 1 bowl of roasted crispy makhna
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Cream cheese
• Ghee to fry
Method:
• Take a frying pan add ghee.
• Add some makhna.
• Roast until golden brown.
• Take a bowl.
• Add some cream cheese over the makhna.
• Serve.
• Enjoy.

GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
• 2- 3 glass coconut water
• 1 avocado
• 1 tbsp stevia
• 2 guava
Method:
• Take out coconut water
• Add stevia
• Blend avocado and guava add stevia
• Add pinch of Himalayan salt And pour the mixture
into glass
• Add chat masala and enjoy
• Enjoy.
18.
NO BAKE BROWNIE BITES
Ingredients:
• Half cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• Stevia
• 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp milk
Method:
• Add almond flour & cocoa powder together.
• Add stevia.
• Add melted butter.
• Mix well.
• Add 2 tbsp milk.
• Now using the hands roll it.
• Dip it in almond or walnut.
• Enjoy.
